At Swee, the safety and well-being of our users, especially children, are of utmost importance. In alignment with industry best practices and applicable child safety laws, we have established the following Child Safety Standards Policy to ensure a secure and respectful environment for all users.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Swee maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any accounts found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities for further action.
Prohibited Activities
Swee explicitly prohibits:
Sharing, soliciting, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Using the platform for grooming, exploitation, or any behavior that endangers
Posting content or engaging in communication that violates child protection laws.
We adhere to global best practices to combat online child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Reporting Mechanism
Swee provides an in-app mechanism for users to report inappropriate behavior or content, including potential CSAE:
Users can report a profile or chat by selecting the “Report” option available on every profile and chat screen.
Upon selecting “Report,” users are prompted to choose a reason and provide additional details.
All reports related to CSAE are automatically escalated to our legal department for immediate review and action.
Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Upon receiving reports of CSAM, Swee will:
Immediately remove the offending content and block the responsible account.
Report the content to the appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable laws.
Fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies to ensure swift action.
Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Swee complies with all applicable child protection laws, including those governing:
The identification and reporting of child sexual
Data privacy and security regulations to protect minors.

User Awareness and Education
To ensure all users understand the importance of child safety, Swee:
Automatically flags inappropriate content in discussions.
Is developing technology to flag instances of violent, illegal, or harmful messages before they are reported by users.
Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with this policy may result in account suspension or removal, and in severe cases, reporting to law enforcement. Swee reserves the right to update this policy in line with changes to child safety standards and applicable laws.

If you suspect a child is in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately.
