Community Convention

In the Swee Community (hereinafter referred to as the Community), you will find friends all over the world who share the same interests in live streaming as you. Adhering to the principles of respecting local culture and customs, contents in the Community will be managed according to ratings. If you think there are inappropriate contents in the platform, please click the report button and maintain a good internet ecology of Swee Community together with the official platform.

In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe community environment, the following contents are prohibited in the community. The community staff has the right to impose penalties on streamers according to the severity of their violation on content. The penalty can be suspension, disable streaming access and even account blocked.

Nudity or pornographic contents

1.Any naked and pornographic contents are prohibited, such as revealing nipples and genital parts, playing adult videos, masturbation, sexual behavior, prostitution solicitation, etc.

2.Sexual seduction, sexual innuendo and other implicit contents related to sex are prohibited, such as showing shapes of nipple under clothes, simulating sexual actions, sexual moaning, etc.

3.Child Erotica, child prostitution, animal sex is strictly prohibited, account will be banned permanently once found.

Anti-government contents

1.Anti-government and anti-state order contents are prohibited, such as broadcasting demonstrations and anti-government speech and actions in live streaming, etc.

2.Contents involving politics are prohibited, such as using pictures of national leaders as profile picture, wearing military or police uniforms in live streaming, harming national honor and interest, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, inciting ethnic discrimination and ethnic hatred, etc.

Bloody or violent contents

1.Contents about dangerous persons and organizations are prohibited, such as terrorist organizations and related persons, using guns and ammunition, etc.

2.Bloody and cruel contents are prohibited, such as killing, abusing people and other bloody scenes.

3.Contents about physical and verbal violence are prohibited, such as fighting, physical or verbal abuse, violence beautification, etc.

Religious contents

1.Contents insulting religions and propagating illegal religious organizations are prohibited, such as burning and trampling on scriptures.

2.Contents violating local religious doctrines are prohibited.

Illegal contents related to drugs

1.Contents about making drugs and taking drugs are prohibited, such as live streaming taking drugs, instigating people to take drugs, etc.

2.Contents about drug dealing and trafficking are prohibited, such as advertising drug dealing and contact information.

Gambling contents

1.Live streaming gambling activities are prohibited, such as live streaming cockfighting, playing cards, etc.

2.Gambling advertisements are prohibited, such as advertising gambling websites and gambling contact information.

Infringement

1.Any acts that damage the interests and reputation of the platform are prohibited, such as malicious poaching of streamers, impersonating official personnel, etc.

2.Rebroadcasting unauthorized contents is prohibited, such as rebroadcasting events, movies, MV, etc.

3.Privacy infringement is prohibited, such as sharing contents that may reveal personal information or private property without consent.

4.illegal business activities are prohibited, such as multilevel marketing. Distributing unauthorized advertisements against state laws and SWEE Policies is prohibited.

Harmful contents

1.Contents that will have negative influence on others are prohibited, such as smoking, drinking, live streaming feces, and swearing.

2.No dangerous driving during live streaming, such as not wearing safety belt during driving.

Child safety contents

1.Children's improper speech and actions are prohibited, such as revealing nipples and genital parts and sexual seduction, etc.

2.Children are not allowed to live stream on their own.

Content Violation Instruction

1.If the streamer violates the rules above, the penalty will be strengthened according to the number of violations. The penalties include suspension of live-streaming, termination of live-streaming or blocking the account.

2.Acts not mentioned in the Convention will also be punished accordingly if they involve improper speech and actions or seriously endanger the ecology of the community.

3.The determination of some violations will be timely and appropriately adjusted according to applicable local laws, culture, customs and religions.
