Creator Monetization Policy
1. Introduction
Swee is dedicated to supporting creators by providing opportunities to monetize their content and grow their presence. This Creator Monetization Policy outlines the eligibility, earning mechanisms, withdrawal process, and rules for using Swee’s monetization features. By participating in the monetization program, creators agree to this policy and Swee’s Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility for Monetization
To be eligible for Swee’s monetization program, creators must meet the following requirements:
Minimum Age: Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country.
Account Status: Have an active Swee account in good standing, with no active violations of Swee’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Content Standards: Produce original, high-quality content that complies with all Swee policies.
Engagement Metrics: Achieve and maintain the minimum follower count, watch time, or other engagement metrics set by Swee.
3. Earning Mechanisms
Creators can earn money on Swee through the following methods:
Virtual Gifts: Users can send virtual gifts during live streams or other content, which are converted into monetary value.
Ad Revenue Sharing: Creators may earn a share of ad revenue generated from their content if eligible for Swee’s ad monetization program.
Sponsorships and Partnerships: Approved creators can partner with brands to earn income through sponsored content.
Subscriptions: Fans can subscribe to creators for exclusive content or perks.
Note: The specific terms for each monetization feature are detailed in their respective program agreements.
4. Earnings Calculation
Creators earn revenue based on:
The type of monetization activity (e.g., percentage of virtual gift value, ad revenue split).
The region where the content is viewed or the transaction occurs.
Applicable taxes, fees, or deductions (e.g., processing fees).
Swee reserves the right to adjust earning rates or formulas and will notify creators of changes.

6. Taxes and Compliance
Creators are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings as required by local laws.
Swee may withhold taxes where required by law and provide necessary documentation (e.g., tax forms).
Creators must complete tax information forms as part of the monetization setup process.
7. Violations and Disqualification
Creators may lose monetization privileges or earnings if they:
Violate Swee’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
Engage in fraudulent activities, such as buying fake followers or engagement.
Share or promote misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content.
In cases of disqualification, earnings may be forfeited, and accounts may face additional penalties, including suspension or termination.
8. Account Termination or Inactivity
If a creator’s account is terminated due to violations, any remaining earnings may be forfeited.
Accounts inactive for 3 months may lose monetization privileges, and any unused earnings may be subject to a maintenance fee or forfeiture, as allowed by law.
9. Appeals
Creators who lose monetization privileges or have withdrawals denied can appeal the decision by contacting Swee support:

Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days.
